Do OLD BITES RESURFACE????
I had a small infestation in August. At least that is when i found out about it. My bites were only visible on my arms and legs. I knew i had bites on my forehead but could not seem them only feel them. At first I thought it was pimples - when I rarely had a outbreak. My 7 year old daughter got bitten also. Her bites were different very big and red and all over
My bites were small and red.
Its now October and this morning I woke up to see the bites on my forehead visible. I can't help to think are they new?? Because I never really did see them! Its driving me crazy. Just yesterday I thought "yay i defeated the bed bugs".When will all this be over? I just want to go on living how it was before.

Mine resurface when I get bit or when I'm under stress. It helps that I have scars in most spots so I know that it's the same bite resurfacing.
But if you search the site you'll find references that this can go on for months: old bites emerging or reemerging.

ok great thank you. Maybe a mosquito bite me and they resurface. My BB bites were not itchy at all. They are very itchy on my forehead. After I washed my face this morning they became very itchy and red. Now its 3pm and they are not visible. Last night I used neem body lotion all over. I read somewhere bb do not like the smell. Drives me crazy because I had 3 treatments. Everything is bagged. Living out of bags. I have climb up inceptors under my bed and my daughter's bed. How could they get to me?? On top of that I have I have DE all over my apartment. I have even found dead mosquitos.
I'm going to try and calm down. This is not worth it. BB really do give you a tough skin. I just hate that my 8 year old had to experience this as well, as far as getting bites at least.Ill do some research on this site.
Thanks again

Good Luck and hang in there. I know anytime I am bit by anything I think "Oh God, they're baaaack!"
Also, I assume that no part of your bed is touching the wall? My husband drives me nuts, his pillow always ends up touching the wall, every-freaking-night.
