I ad a copy of the British Museum (Natural History) Economic series No. 5 The Bed-Bug Its habits and Life history and how to deal with it. Te sixth edition was published in 1949.

I have to say its surprisingly good for a document fo its age and goes along way to highlight the gap in knowledge that society has developed.

We are building quite a mini museum of bed bug ephemera in London from modern plastic references to slides over 100 years old.
