   Hello all -

   I've been reading this GREAT site for a couple of months because my apartment building has had a bed bug infestation for almost 2 years now. I really appreciate all the advice, information, and support offered here. It all helped me tremendously to deal with it when I got my first bites almost a month ago. :(
   While I am sleep-deprived, paranoid (and occasionally despondent), thanks to you all I had a clue what to do in terms of identification, inspection, laundry, bagging, steam cleaning, mattress encasement, dusting DE (and maintaining a modicum of sanity in the process) and so was able to go without being bitten for 12 whole days-and-nights straight.
   I've been empowered and given a bit of hope through this site. Thanks from the bottom of my heart.
