I am new here and I am hoping it could be anything but a bedbug. We have had three treatments and haven't seen anymore live ones but I am still scared and getting horrible anxiety over this. Since this a couple weeks ago we also noticed what we have identified pscoids and thrips but those have pretty much subsided since spraying.

We had never experienced this before but we have been remodeling our place and just finished our drywalling this past weekend.
We live at the beach and had lost all we owned and moved here when we had the opportunity so is there anyway it could be a swallow or bat bug?

I'm not an expert, but if you're looking to distinguish between bed bug and bat bug, you'll need a much more detailed image (very close-up, very fine detail). You need to be able to see the tiny hairs on the bug.

    Hi,

The image is too low a resolution for confirmation of bat bugs, swallow bugs are easy to confirm, look for the swallow nests on the outside of your home first, if they are present take the sample to an entomologist for confirmation. If there are no swallow or martin nests you are not likley to have swallow or martin bugs.

It is more likley that you are coming into contact with a local source of bedbugs and without cutting that exposure event out of your life you will continue to bring fresh samples into your home.

    Hope that helps.
