    I would wait for a while before you invest in a monitor.

    The early adopters of any new technology usually pay more & have to deal with problems that are usually fixed in subsequent designs.

    Personally, I would wait for the second or third generation & watch for field trials that are conducted by independent reviewers before making a purchase.

    There is no published data on the use of a monitor for detecting a light infestation of bed bugs or for the efficacy of these devices in an occupied room.

    Check out the steamers available from the Bedbugger store page. The models that are featured were chosen based on feedback from people on the site. Don't forget to pick up a good respirator to filter out any chemicals that volatilized by the steam.
