Now they have to come back and do it all over.I am so upset. I told her that they treated yesterday, and just called her to remind her not to do the floors! Agggg I know she was trying to be helpful but this is so frustrating. Maybe that is why we can't get rid of the things, we are too clean in my household!!! Just venting. Oh well, such is life. best of luck to all

Why do you have to do the whole bed bug treatment over because you washed the floors?

Luckily the whole thing is not for complete naught, but they said not to wash and wipe up the poisons that they put down around the perimeter of the room. The steri-fab and steaming was still done to the beds and furniture. I think that they have to come back and redo the perimeter though, no?

I guess it depends how well the edges were washed?? Perhaps to be sure and not have a problem later you should have it the perimeter re treated.
