Murphy's Oil...Defeating purpose of PCO's spraying?

the PCO is coming every three weeks now.

How often do I mop the floor with Murphy's Oil as not to un-do the residual pestiside he is putting down?

And how long does that spray last for that they use usually? If bed bug walks across a sprayed floor a week after spraying will it kill it?

Call your PCO because only they know what they used, where, and its residual time. Don't mop a thing without asking because you can undo their treatment.
