Mr. Packtite: Helpful and High Priority!(2 posts)
I purchased a Packtite on eBay that was sold "as is. "Of course, the most important part, the heater, doesn't work. I called the phone number in the instruction booklet, and after about 1 minute of conversation, I knew I was talking to Mr. Packtite himself. He was super helpful in trying to help me get the heater to work, and was honest about why the heater he uses in manufacturing the Packtite is the only one that's safe to use for this purpose. In the middle of the call, my boyfriend called. What's more important, talking to Mr. Packtite, or talking to my BF? Of course, Mr. Packtite won - I have my priorities! I've ordered my replacement heater online, and since Mr. Packtite told me to give him a call if I have any issues with installation, I feel fully supported and encouraged that eradication is at hand! Great customer service, and a nice, nice guy.
