Moving Advise Please

I am being kicked out of my apt in 2 months, end of lease, due to my 'bringing bedbugs into the apt building' <- quote from LL. According to him I'm also the only one with this infestation.
What I'm concerned about is how to Not take these hitchhickers along. I've been reading the posts on fumigation but I am physically disabled with fibromyalgia so already have a compromised immune system as it is. More chemicals on top of the gross negligence of my LL's mess for the last 5 months (foggers, harsh chemicals, and literally piles of DE dust everywhere) is absolutely lethal for me. I am still trying to find information as to whether it's even legal in Wisconsin for him to have done this without a professional.
I've been rewashing and using high heat on all my clothes, bedding, towels, etc and bagging them, My mattress has been treated and in an encasement. I've heard rubbing alcohol can help too so I've been doing what I can with that also. But what does one do for things like tv's, computers, cds and even books (which the bugs also tried to make a home in) ?
The Packtite looks like a Great idea, but with moving costs, and everything else going on, I don't have a cent to spare.
Any other suggestions/recommendations would be greatly appreciated...I'm exhausted and quite distressed trying to figure all this out alone.~bugoff_1
