   I have spoke to him a few time with questions, and needed to post something as a way of thanks. This is an amazing man. Very few like him in this world. He has given me more insight into the world of BB then I could have ever learned myself (also some other bugs, not related here). He is courteous, insightful, EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE in BB habits and extermination practices. KQ, words can not express my gratitude.
