   ... is designed to allow tenants the right to get disclosure from landlords about infestations in the property going back a year.

   (It's just a bill right now but should be signed by the governor and an actual law within a few months.)

   Habitat Magazine is now suggesting they may POSSIBLY also apply to coops.

   This is just speculative, so don't get too excited.
