Have been reading up on monitors - having a freakout over possible bedbugs and they seem a good plan.

My bed is on risers, so I can't use the ones you put on bed legs. What would be the best one to use, and how long do they last?

    Risers? what do you mean?

If the bed legs are too wide for the commercially available there are ways you can adapt or make modifications such that these types of bed bug blockers can be used.

Perhaps you can post a photo of your bed risers?

BbAlert passive monitors can be used on the bed.

If you prefer an interceptor-style, there are XL ClimbUps Interceptors.

Both monitor styles are quite different and work to different ends. You can find FAQs about them linked from the "detecting bed bugs" section of this FAQ.
