may have a bed bug issue

think i have bed bugs and i am terrified for the
past month(since june 4th the bites started showing up) i’ve been waking up with bites(some look like pimples some look like oddly shaped mini leisons) i’ve been searching top and bottom for evidence or even the bed bug itself but cant seem to find them i search at night around 12:30am/1am in the morning under my mattress there are no blood or fecal stains on my sheets matttress or bed frame no shedding of skin skin or eggs only evidence is the bites marks i washed my sheets bed spread and mattress cover i brushed my mattress(cause i dont have a vaccum) and cleaned everything in my house (especially my room)unfortunitly i’m handicapped(i have cerebral palsy and have to use a wheelchair) and theres so much i can do i told my landlord and she said unless there is evidence they arent gonna fumigate they had a exterminater inspect the entire house lasst week and he stilll didnt find anything i’m getting annoyed frustrated and depressed because i heard they are difficult to get rid of and i cant afford to move i cant even afford a new bed or furniture right now btw i do have a little dog(bichon frise) but she gets groomed everyone and they use anti flea shampoo so i doubt if thats what it is everyone keeps telling me im paranoid and over reacting but i dont think i am im afraid to let people come over and im afraid to sleep over someones house please help i need advice

KWashington: I am so sorry that you are having problems with bite like issues. As you can see from the forums there are a lot of different things that can cause bite like skin reactions besides bed bugs. If you do have them you will definately see signs within a month or two from what I have read here from expert postings. Continue to inspect the bed area and watch for skin castings, dark almost black fecal spots and tiny white eggs. I hope that you don't have them......there is lots of information here on other pests - perhaps you can get some clues.
