Here are some names of PCOs in the Boston area. My landlord is treating and I can't bring my own PCO in, so these are not from my own experience.

If you’re looking for a good firm, I’d start with the first three below: Yankee, Watchall or General Environmental Pest Control in Malden (I've heard General Environmental is one of the best).
1) Yankee Pest Control in Malden.

Heard they know a lot about bedbugs.
One of their PCO’s has a connection to the blog and was helpful to me.2) Watchall Pest Control (has Cooper, a bedbug expert, on their board, and this company just went national, I went to a lecture by one of their people—“Jonathan” on the e-mail on the link below--and this guy really knew his stuff.) This company does more than pest control, but they certainly seemed up on bedbugs. Here’s a link with their phone numbers. http://www.watchall.com/contact-watchall.html
More than a year ago I went to the 2nd Bedbug Conference in Boston. A very savvy entomologist there recommended
3) General Environmental Pest Control in Malden. (781-321-46339 I referred a person I know to them who said they were great and my friend was totally satisfied. Nice phone help, too.Other companies at the Bedbug Conference (the fact that these companies participated at the conference shows professionalism and interest):
• Rivard's Resources: IPM Don Rivard 781-899-5843
• Ultra Safe Pest Managment Canton 781-821-0222

I bet this conference had some of the best bedbug experts in Boston so I'm happy to pass on their names.
If you let me know your experiences or feedback, I'll know even more about these firms and can guide others.

Google Greater Boston Pest Control; I read some good things about them here and on Yelp, so I called. The GM answered in a monotone "Can I help you?" with no further introduction (the company doesn't have a Web site or do any marketing, really), but he's truly a great guy and a great PCO. Called on a Saturday, had him come by that Monday. Sprayed the heck out of every nook and cranny in my bedroom (which was the infested room) plus my roommate's room, our hallway, our living room, and my couch and roommate's bed (as well as other smaller furniture); in other words, very thorough. Also very knowledgeable; he's been treating bedbugs for about 8 years and said he's been getting so many more calls this past year alone - surprise surprise. Anyway, he was $395 for the first visit (I believe he based that on my apt being a 2-bedroom unit), and then $235 for the second visit, which I've yet to have.
