Bed bugs are rising in London as in the USA but in the UK people are still not accepting this.
I have spoken to alot of hotel owners and I feel that they are in denial.
They seem to think there is no bed bug problem and that if they just keep the rooms clean then there will be no problem.
Some have told me that they even take off their mattress protectors off once a month to clean them?
Mattress protectors must not be taken off for upto three years.

I think in the USA hotel owners and people are more bed bug aware and can deal with the problem.

This means that the bed bug problem will continue to grow.

Your website is full of mistakes and inaccuracies, do you know?
    And this sounds like spam...

William - a Quote from your website

"Bed bugs over winter mainly as adults, since the eggs and nymphs are
more susceptible to low temperatures and die out with the onset of winter,
    unless in adequately heated premises."

oh man that is so not true - they can hibernate in very cold temperatures only to come back to life when it warms up

And you call yourself an Expert - and by the way - you have more typo errors than my friend's 10 year old son's emails

you ought to be ashamed of yourself

And by the way - you are completely wrong about them being more susceptible to cold - they are actually much more susceptible to heat and not very susceptible at all to cold unless it is about -40F

Actually there was a problem with my website. There where spelling mistakes but I am not wrong, adult bed bugs, can survive the winter, up to -20C. But the eggs and nymphs can not survive the winter so easily in an unheated home. But yes bed bugs, young and old are very resistant to cold tempratures but perish in high tempratures.

I know enough about bed bugs to effectively deal with treating domestic and commercial premises.

I never claimed to be an english teacher.

I am not ashamed of myself.

My spelling may be wrong; I am not an English teacher.

Adult bed bugs can survive up to -20C. The nymphs and eggs cannot survive the winter so easily can die out during winter in an unheated home.

Bed bugs are very resilient to low temperatures but not to high temperatures.

I have compiled my website using information from the most reputable sources.

Tell me what facts are incorrect?

    Stop slandering my company.
Stop putting manipulative links for ipod games that have the same name as my company to rob of search engine listings.
    Mind your own business.
You are not the world authority on bed bugs.

    Hi,

Just for the record slander is verbal and libel is written, see:

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Defamation

I am not sure if SEO works that way I will check into it and get back to you.

I will leave a few others to consider your other comments but expect a copy of my book in the post had your website had an address on it I would have posted on already.

    Warmest regards,

Ok, I apologise for the last sentence only, in my previous post.
You are knowledgeable regarding bed bugs but that does not make me or everyone else wrong?
I am tired of pest control companies and experts on forums trying to paint my company as not professional. I have never had a complaint with regards to my work.
Let each company do its own business.
    Peace.

    Littlebugger,

Adele, who no longer participates in this site, was not a pest pro, but a customer.

She seems to be the one who asked about the inaccuracy in your website. If you have corrected it now, that's great.

However, with all due respect, you can't blame someone for trying to tarnish your reputation because they quote something from your website (or something which used to be there, even if it was an error).

I also do not think that linking to a game with the same name as your business is harming your reputation or your SEO. If you have a claim on a trade name, it seems like you can take that up with the game manufacturer.
