    Hi there--

I just fled my infested Queens apartment with ziplock bags and barely anything else to Park Slope on Sunday. I'm itching again and my mind is starting to run wild. I have been taking hot showers and I'm hoping that is reactivating old bites, but my brain is spinning on "bugs are hatching." I have a packtite.

I'm wondering if it is worth $450 + tax to get a bedbug dog. Does anyone have any recommendations for service in Park Slope? I am a struggling writer/temp in the wrong neighborhood. I cannot afford it, but I cannot afford another bedbug party even more.

I have EXTREMELY ADVANCED admin/internet/database skills if anyone knows anyone who would barter. Honestly, i would happily work for a PCO at this point.

Or if I am just being paranoid, please someone tell me. I realized yesterday I only dried my clothes for 40 minutes, so everything might not be dead. That realization was horrible.

As far as I know, NYC pest and k9 firms all work in the five boros if not beyond. So try the threads tagged NYC k9s for some user comments on same.

(Note: Be wary of reviews from people who have only posted once or only about the firm.)

Also, make sure you read our FAQ about k9s.
