is it weird that i have always been a "non-reactor", but noticed an itchy bite yesterday? does my body only react to certain bugs?

and is anyone else kind of paranoid? waking up numerous times at night to "check" for bugs? or have the feeling something is crawling on you but nothing is there?

    is it just me???

To your first question, I don't know because I have always reacted.

To the second, yes, that seems to be part of the package! I can tell you it goes away, unless the bugs come back, in which case (for me, at least) that day-long crawly feeling came back in spades. (Some of the sensation is real, I discovered when I realized that strands of hair were falling out and hitting my arms.)

These things can make you, well, buggy.

If you spend any amount of time on this site, that crawly feeling is totally normal.

just keep checking the mattress and boxspring. bed bugs do not like the light and and like things covering both sides of there body so keep checking tuffs and folds on the mattress and look on corners of the boxspring above and underneith for live bugs and fecal matter . If your bed is against the wall they would most likely harbor in that area because its the darkest and its easier for them to hide with something touching both sides of their body
