I've got bb, now what? Help!
(9 posts)-
I've been avoiding this problem hoping that it was going to go away on it's own.. well it's gotten worse and I really need to do something about it. They are on my bed, on my couch, in the bathroom... do I just call the landlord and tell him? What steps do I take? I have no idea what to do and I'm sort of freaking out, can anyone help me?

Can you take a photo of one of them and put it on a photo site (ie photobucket) and post a link here in this thread?

Hi,
Step 1 - take picture and confirm its bedbugs.
All other steps will follow based on information such as location, local laws and responsibilities etc but are irrelevant until step 1 is completed and we can confirm what the issue is.

I'm not an expert and the picture isn't in focus, but sorry it does look like bad news. It's time to hit the FAQs on this site to educate yourself.

That looks very much like a bed bug. You should tell the landlord. In many states the law requires you to disclose this to the landlord especially if you have multiple dwellings. The FAQs place is a great place to start.

You should also isolate (but don't relocate) infested furniture.
