Global warming is a myth made up by the Gov’t, Al Gore, and Corporations looking to make billions on consumers.

hmmmm, I was just about to submit a paper indicating that global warming was as a result of increased heat produced by all the bed bugs that are circulating the globe.

With all the species that are slowly becoming extinct, I'm keeping my fingers crossed that BBs are next.

Save the Polar Bears! Sacrifice the BBs!

I can't say bedbugs are the result of global warming but bed bug treatment certainly has a huge carbon footprint.

Think about it: all those high heat wash and dry cycles, all those plastic bags, chemicals, etc.

I didn't even own a dryer before this nightmare befell me. The weather is always warm in Brazil, I used to hang all of my wash on the clothesline. We were also gradually making the switch to eco-bags for our grocery shopping etc. Now look at us. Plastic everywhere, we are a disgrace to the environment.

They took DDT away because it was bad for the environment. Net result? The bugs are thriving like never before. Not only bbs, dengue and malaria mosquitos are a scourge in several regions of the world, including my neck of the woods.

Bb sufferers have to shoot a polar bear a day worth of carbon consumption just to try keep the bugs at bay, with moderate to poor results. Makes you wonder what is the lesser of two evils.

BR, I hear you. When we were culling things in our apartment, the saddest bit was he had NO TIME to treat bags of clothes and shoes to donate to charity. :( We would have loved to not just toss so much stuff, but alas...

My boyfriend is very environmentally-conscious, and even he figures if DDT still worked on bed bugs effectively, it'd be worth bringing bad. :P

That's a nice idea. But unfortuntely probably just an idea.

It's a shame that most think like this. There are just as many scientists will and able to debunk the global warming myth. But of course the gov't owns the media.. so there is no money in the truth.

You can look at just a few links below .... Research is out there .. but you will not find it on radio, typical internet sites, and the news... You have to look deeper.
Just one person smarter than Al Gore, "Lord Christopher Monckton" was an advisor to Margaret Thatcher & has been following the Global Warming issue with growing concern the facts have not been properly revealed.
