Have been finding these kind of 'skins' lately on the carpet,(I had a bedbug infestation 2months ago, had an exterminator over thus worrying) and wondering if these relate to bedbug skins:

They are cream in color.

Not a expert but those are defiantly not bedbug skins

Great! Thank you DreDay17 and KillerQueen, that relieved me, sigh!

Here's a bug I spotted a month ago, it was during the treatment I found dead - Could you please ID this as well?
