I found this under my sink after treated house twice for bed bugs my mom kept
Geting bit in the front room my husband and I wasn't ither my baby so we went through the whole house and everything is in bags so I never seen any one thing in the couch yes and I seen like a see through bug with black head on the out side of the house can they be there to and we live in a duplex since the neighbors moved we been going through this and I'm loosing my mind and now are landlord wants is to leve for no reason and work the bedbugs when I move how about if they follow me here are some pics I have please help

Looks like a small leafhopper, a true bug, not a bed bug. A plant feeding insect.
