Is this a dead bed bug?

   Just found this dead bug on the floor near my bed. I thought I had an infestation a few months ago, but I checked my mattresses and bedding regularly and did not find any sign of bed bugs. I had a few bites a couple of weeks apart at the time. I've been bite free for almost 3 months after I used DE in my bedroom.
   Is this a bed bug? it's pretty dry and it looks like it's been dead for a while.

   It doesn't look like a bed bug but try taking a picture from the top rather then off to the side.
