Is this a crushed bed bug I found on my bedsheet? Five pictures included.

   Last summer I had an infestation of bed bugs in my apartment. I had a pest control company do a chemical spray. In the fall I was sleeping on the couch, but later found a just fed one there and crushed it (there was blood). I then had the heat treatment come in. I moved to my dad's and lived there until after fall semester. I moved in during spring (late january). Today (May 3) I think I may have found a dead or crushed bed bug on my sheet, but there were no blood stains to be seen. I recently got worried after finding a carpet beetle and also a cockroach nymph in my room. I am attaching five high quality pics of the sample. Please help me identify, as I think this time it might be a bed bug. It has striations, but is nearly all black. It also looks like the size of a nymph, which doesn't make sense for it to be colored. Thanks for your help.

   Oh, it just seems very similar to one to my eye. I don't doubt your expertise. Any idea what it might be? Thanks for your response; I need peace of mind because I have to write my finals.

   Can't say for sure what it is but I'm 100% certain it's not a bed bug.
