I can't tell if this is a bed bug? I found one several months ago in my bed and this one again today. I have no bites or marks but am still worried... Thoughts?

I can't tell. It seems to have similar characteristics. I tried to get multiple photos but only one turned out.

Do they have wings?
carpet beatles have wings,bb do not.

No it is not a bed bug, looks like a carpet beetle

The original image is of a dermestid beetle; looks like a species of Anthrenus (so varied carpet beetle is a good guess).
