I am new to this site and am hearing such good things about KILLERQUEEN. I there anyone in the Chicago, Il area like him?

No, but there are reputable companies who have a lot of knowledge of bed bugs. I would suggest you contact Jessica Kevan who runs http://chicagovsbedbugs.org, an advocacy organization fighting bed bugs in Chicago.
Some Chicagoans here have used Smithereen with good effects.
