Yesterday I got sprayed for the 7th time. The good news is that the PCO took my encased bed apart and found no fecal signs anywhere, but when I said I had seen shed skins in my bed, he sprayed the bed and frame, drapes and closet in my small bedroom. The room smelled so bad from the chemicals that I slept on the couch, which was also sprayed but only on the part on which the cushions rest. This morning the top of my hand itches. But let us say this is from a different cause my bugs are gone. How safe is it for my 5-year-old granddaughter to stay here with me? I don't exactly know what is in that spray the PCO uses but it really scares me that I have had this many treatments. I mean, the chemicals don't just simply disappear. I really want to move out of here but BBs are an epidemic in our smallish town and the next place I move to might have had a worse infestation than I did.

You need to consult with the PCO who did the treatment. There are some very "mild" products on the market that stink. There are also some products on the market that are much stronger with little, no, or big odors.
But the question is best answered by the PCO who did the job.
