   Hello all,

   About four weeks ago I moved to a new apartment in Boston. For the first three weeks everything was fine, but last week I woke up with a double bite on my index finger; the bites were about half an inch apart. My finger was itchy and swollen, but it healed in about two days.
   Two days after that I woke up with another double bite on the left side of my back. These bites were not as itchy as the finger ones, I had an urge to scratch it just once and then felt nothing there. These bites turned into a red spot, that receded to small bite marks.
   Two days after that I woke up with a double bite on my elbow. It itched a lot for a few hours, but then stopped and now is just red.
   Today, a day after the elbow bite, I woke up with another double bite in the middle of my forearm. I examined the bites and they looked like two needle punctures, both about a millimeter wide and about a third of an inch apart, and there was no reddening or itchiness. As the day progressed, the bite became more red and quite itchy. I touched it and felt small bumps sticking out in the middle of the bites.
   Now, I'm not sure if I have bed bugs or if something else might be biting me. The thing is the bites started a few weeks after I moved into my new apartment and appear quite randomly. Also, all the bites are in pairs that are similarly apart. What do you think?
