    Is it a bed bug? It is so small about 2~3mm.
    bug ID please.

    No its not a bed bug.

    The image is the clearest but its not clear enough to say pscocid or lice.

    Too bad you didn't take a close-up shot rather than the video. The close-up one is not very clear. Certainly could be a booklouse.
