When I was looking on the site a few weeks ago, there were ads for Iris cleaners. Now that I need to take some action, I don't see anything. Does anyone have any experience with them?

The ads run periodically.
I don't think anyone has reported back on using them. It is a good sign that they are aware of the bed bug issue. I think their site is here. This website does not describe special services for bed bugs, so you might ask what exactly they do.
