I finally found out who my Pest Control Peeps were in rainy Vancouver BC. They are a company called IPM Pest Control.

Now to give them the benefit of the doubt I have never ever spoken with my PCO. They come while I am at work and I leave detailed notes of where I have seen activity (what) etc.

Here is my beef with them. I am on my second treatment twice now I have asked in my note (clearly displayed first on my desk, today I left it on my dresser right near my bed / mattress with my prep sheet next to it). Both times the notes have had paper next to it and my cell number on it (in case they didn't feel like writing the information down like they're supposed to). I also explained I have chronic health problems (Lupus, fibromyalgia, asthma, hypothyroidism, Crohns like symptoms... seriously it goes on) and a lot of them have environmental and chemical sensativites that can flare up. So it is a health issue for me. If I have a Lupus or fibro flare chemicals that don't normally bother me can make me very, very, very sick and I need to know what I am exposed to in case I have to go to the E.R.

Both times they left the PCO sheet blank where it asks them to write the information in, they didn't write on my papaer and they didn't phone my cell.

I am also concerned because it leaves me in a position where after treatment I don't know what to do. When should I start vaccuming things? When can I wash my floors again? Can I try X or will it impact what they have done.

I have a call in with them complaining and asking for the information so I will keep things updated. But over all I'm not seeing much integrated pest management.

I'll keep this updated as I get a response (if I get a response).

As it stands I give them two thumbs down.

Edit: Needed to fix my dyslexia... which is a whole other story.

    Take two.

After speaking with them they have provided me with the information I need. They put down Tempo. The person I spoke to over the phone was very helpful.

Tempo should be vacuumed up after 8 hours on surfaces and in voids it needs to be reapplied every 7-10 days.

It kicked ass real quick on BBs in a dish per a study of dusts at the U of K but without the long term killing ability of Drione or DE. It isn't the greatest choice on all treatments. Great first treatment dust.
