ID'ing a Bed Bug

   My girlfriend today found a "bug" on the bed that bit her and was running on the comforter. being the smart girl she is, she captured it and I have taken pictures of it. Her hand was bitten and red and swollen. I took pictures of it and compared it to other pictures on the web and I am 99% sure this is a bed bug. can someone confirm? Also, if anyone can determine the gender/tell me the likelihood that I have an infestation. fml
