The photo shows what I found after spraying and covering my mattress in plastic. All were found under the plastic except for the very obvious longer skin/shell, which I found in a book. I don't even know if the little brown things are bugs. There are two brown things a little smaller than a grain of rice and a few small white things the size of a speck of dirt.

I just removed my bedframe and mattress. I found no signs of bugs on either (including in the wooden board of the bed) - no excrement marks, no skin, no dead bugs. I have sprayed very intensely over the past few days.

I'm not convinced the bites/red itchy welts are from bedbugs since I travel in rural areas for work and also am on some medicines for parasites that can sometimes cause allergic reactions (live in Central Asia at the moment).

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Sorry the images are too out of focus to give an accurate identification.

If possible please retake in focus.

Pic is too blurry to be sure but nothing looks BB related.
