Came back from a trip to London a couple of weeks ago - went to do laundry tonight and discovered this stuck to the hem of one of the sweaters I'd packed.

It'd been sitting on the floor of my closet for a few hours while I cleaned and sorted things, and so it could have come from another bug (I've occasionally spotted carpet beetles and other creepy crawlies around.)

I had an tiny infestation about 1.5 years ago but it was quickly eliminated (no bites since and no bites currently.) But I never actually saw one of the BBs during that - only bites and blood spots - so any help ID'ing this for sure is much appreciated.

Obviously not a bed bug. It is a cockroach.
