I have been getting bitten, at first I thought it was mosquitos. Then thought it might be fleas. I have ruled out both and now believe that it might be BBs.
I have found 3 bugs all the same the first two i killed by squishing them before i thought it might be bb's this time I saved the bug and have taken pics.
If someone could identify whether this is a bb or not. When squished it squirts blood much like a tick does.
There's 5 pictures posted on my site of the bug

I'm not one of the experts but yes, sorry I'm pretty sure that it is. Don't panic! Time to hit the FAQs on this site and educate yourself.

Hi,
From what I can see on the phone it is, time to read up on the FAQ's and start to work out hope big an issue it is. Hopefully it's caught early and easily resolved.

Nice pictures of a female bed bug that has fed.

pest company is coming thursday..... landlord didn't want to pay....but i told them i refuse to pay. I know they didn't come with me when i moved in (i've only been here for a few months). All my things had been in storage for over a year and i've never had any issue with any sort of bugs at all.
As far as the female that had fed....she certainly has. I have the whelps and blisters all over me to show it. Arms, back, buttocks, legs. GRRRRRRRRR I look like a drug user my arms are so eaten up.
I think they are only in my living room on my couch right now. I've done a very thorough search of the bed, mattress, bedframe and could find no evidence of any bugs there.

Pest control company has to thoroughly inspect adjoining apts; the problem is most likely not restricted to your apt. Maybe pest control has been treating the apt when complaints happen, so the bed bug problem will never go away or be controlled.
