...And lived to tell about it. ;) I even have the pictures to prove it! Just came back from two nights in a hotel. The odd thing is that I was pretty calm about it. I immediately removed the bedspreads, and checked each bed for signs. My luggage was kept in a garbage bag on a desk. The one thing I did have a hard time with was actually getting under the covers. All in all, I slept pretty well there probably thinking that vacation was a break from whatever was biting me this time around. However, I do admit to a freakout on the last day when I did get an itchy bump that looks like my usual bites (but not the bites of old last year). I checked the bed, but didn't see anything. Information really is power, and we can overcome!

Congrats! We stayed at a hotel a couple of weeks ago, did the same drill. I saw no signs and reminded myself that the chances of that room having bb's is far smaller than having them resurface in my apartment, where there had definitely been an infestation. I slept really well there!

Me too !!! I just came back and feel absolutely refreshed. I brought my steri fab and kleen free with me but really didn' t have to use it other than on the outside of my luggage. all of my items were packed in respective baggies and stayed there unless not worn. anything worn went into another baggie. i really did it right and i feel great.

Oops, forgot to mention I did have my gigantic Ziploc with me. LOL I don't know if it's just me, but getting them closed quickly is a chore. It wasn't overstuffed or anything, but I had to keep "snapping" it closed over and over. I do recommend them for peace of mind. And congrats to my fellow forum members who also "survived" hotels. :)
