I have no idea how to find a pest control operator in NW Iowa that is educated in getting rid of these. The yellow pages doesn't even list anyone that even mentions bed bugs in their ad.
I am at the end of my rope and have no idea where to turn for help.
If anyone can help me with some information on this I would appreciate it.
We have tried to eliminate them ourselves but still have some signs of bugs. -
Just start calling and asking. You'll find companies that do. Invite as many as you can to inspect and judge them on that and what you read on this forum. If they are detailed in their inspection that's a good sign. Is Thermal available, ask? Ask what poisons they use, and where they will use them. Let them answer fully and take notes. And to repeat, read this forum and the faqs.

I did a little googling and found this place
http://springerpestsolution.rtrk.com/?scid=429033&kw=215364:133037It shows bedbugs on the homepage. I don't know if they service your area but several cities in Iowa are listed. I also have no idea if they are good or bad - but apparently they do deal with bedbugs.
