Over a year ago I was laying in bed and a bug crawled on me, i looked up online and found that it looked very similar to a bedbug but didnt really pay attention to how much havoc these bugs cause, over the past months i have found these eggs in my bed , under a sink, by a air vent, in my closet, and also in a sole of my shoe!! they are a white color with a black lines on them, recently i find these eggs that looked clear and seemed to be hatched... i have also had blood stains on my bed sheets but only every few months or so , when i have cleaned my room few weeks ago i found 2 dead bugs that looked very large almost like small waterbugs but they were not those, i'm not sure what they were? is it possible they are bedbugs... but why would they be dead? I have yet to get any exterminator out here because I live with my mom who has ALOT of possesions (very messy) and im certain if I have them then she does too? I have my room VERY clean no clutter or anything thats why im not sure why I have them, it has caused me so much stress and anxiety lately that I havent been able to cope with everyday life!!! Its such a burden and I dont know what to do thats why i'm posting this.... I need all the help and advice I can get. PLEASE help. what was your experince like getting rid of these bugs and if i have a exterminator come out can they look through the house even though there is alot of clutter? (not in my room) can they still find if i have them through all the stuff? Also is it possible this could be a differnt type of bug?

Post pictures of the stuff you are finding.

Could be many things and BBs are one of them. Read the FAQs on what to look for.

Doesn't sound BB related. Unhatched BB eggs are 1mm long, an amber color and you may be able to see eyes. After hatching they appear whitish/translucent.

hi jim, those eggs i found that didnt seem to be hatched i placed them in a pill bottle and i checked them after a week or so and there was only one egg left!! there was no casing or anything left in the pill bottle, but the thing is in a drawer i did find transparent eggs that seemed to be hatched... i'm not sure i will post pictures as soon as possible thanx for your reply

Omg...I'm in a similar situation. I am still a student so I live with my parents, and brothers. And we have a lot of possessions and are very messy! Clutters everywhere in this apartment (I know that is very bad). Same as you I've been wondering if we do call exterminators (if i manage to persuade my family to do so, they strongly oppose on me for calling PCO) because of the clutters and things we have in here, I'm worried it will be hard for the PCO to do their jobs and if we clean up and throw things out, the BB might spread =S The thing is I actually saw two of them so I think or pretty sure its BB, and i did find some shells, I'm feeling the same as u "it has caused me so much stress and anxiety lately that I havent been able to cope with everyday life!!!" I understand, the anxiousness. I hope you can find out early whatever it is and get rid of it!
