I found a bug..how can i positively ID it as bed bug???

Hi I live in new york city and recently moved to a new apartment with only my clothes straight from the laundromat. I have still been rather paranoid about the whole bed bug ordeal and was checking my bed today and of course, i found a bug. It is very tiny (1 mm) and looks like it could be an instar. However, I am very uncertain and cannot positively identify it based on pictures on the web. This little one doesn't look like the older ones i saw before at my old apartment (which was treated by a PCO twice before the lease was up). How or where can i get this pest positively identified?? Thanks in advance!!
