i dont know what i have HELP! im going insane... [a: not a bed bug egg]

i feel like im going insane. 3 weeks ago my husand and son went cabin camping and quite a few bugs came home. A week after I had a bite on my leg while we slept, three small bites in a row very itchy. So of course panic sets in. We tore apart the house, vaccumed, scrubbed and searched. We found carpet beetles and the stray spider but nothing else. Still I feel pinches at night and while on the couch but no bites on anyone. 2 more weeks have passed and my daughters friend may have brought lice here. Two nights ago I found a small white bug under the pillow. I panicked and searched all our heads for lice and i see nothing even though my daughter is quite itchy. Last night I found an egg? in the bed by my leg its white clear and about the size of a grain of rice. What could it be? Ill post the pic. I feel like Im going crazy!! If there are no bites are there no bed bugs? How long until I would know if I had an infestation? I need HELP.

You need to try and stay calm. Skin reactions are not sufficient evidence you have bed bugs at home. You need to try and find fecal stains or samples of bed bugs, cast skins, or eggs.
Read the first four FAQs about bed bugs here.. They will help fill in some basic knowledge, and explain ways you can detect a problem -- including describing inexpensive detection tools like passive bed bug monitors, which may help.
Posting the egg photo is a good idea. See the main page -- green stickies posts at the top-- and read the one with instructions on posting a photo for ID.

Hi,
Try not to stress and worry until you can post pictures.
Facts FAQ's and logic help with bedbugs and panic and worry don't.
Once you have posted some images we will be in a better position to help you.

these are just the pictures of the thing i found by my leg. i wasnt thinking enough to save the actual bug i found but i remember it ws whiteish and it looked more thin than the pics of bedbugs ive seen but maybe it was a nymph?
