How to find out about management companies?

Does anyone have any tips on researching management companies or finding out if/how they've dealt with bed bugs? I'm currently in an apartment in a very reputable management company in NYC, and my PCO is convinced the problem is in the building. With a company that folks have nothing but great things to say it's crazy that I'm dealing with them being as stubborn as they are about treating this issue in the building. I'm now looking to move, so how do I research the new management companies I'm looking at? I'm familiar with the bed bug registry to look up an address, but not a particular company. Any tips here? I don't know if this is okay, nobugs, but can we post names of management companies with problems?
