Does anybody know how many days of being bite free before you know you are free and clear ?

The current rule of thumb is about 60 days.

I have been sprayed twice (the second spray was on the 2nd of aug but I covered my bed with saran wrap on the 29 of july and they found a way out on the 3rd and 4th so i covered my mattress with a casing and it was fine until i got bit today) and I was bite free for until the 6th day (today) what does that mean ??? Do I still have them or is it just the odd egg hatching ??? I am so confused and my nerves just cant take it anymore. Can you tell me if its normal to still get a bite here and there after spraying............your help would be deeply appreciated.
