How do I find BBs in a home office?

I've been getting a couple mystery bites a week for a couple weeks (in total, I've had 6 bites). I searched my bedroom for signs, laid out tape, and washed the bedding on super hot. I went 7 days without being bitten, then noticed a bite just an hour ago. I'm starting to think I'm being bitten in my home office, during the day, not at night in the bedroom. There is a guest futon bed/couch in the room. And obviously books, chairs, computers, desks, etc. And nightmare of nightmares if it's BBs, an exposed brick wall. What's the best place to put out tape in an environment like this? Any other ideas of what it might be ... I have seen no sign of anything other than the bites, but this office has about 10 gazillion places for bugs to hide.
