   Newbie here--For the past few years I have heard about the return of bedbugs and it's completely freaked me out. Well, when I traveled again for the first time in a few years a couple months ago, I was worried about them. I just returned from a trip and while I took precautions and did my best to check for the bugs where I stayed, I have reason to believe I might have brought some back with me to my apartment. I am trying to remain calm, but I am bug-phobic and it's really taking a toll on me...can't sleep. More later I'm sure, but I wanted to be brief and pose a question:

   If I returned from my trip 2 days ago, how long should I expect before I will begin to see signs of the bugs in my own apartment? I am appreciative of this site and am gathering all the information I possibly can on the little buggers before they start to hit me.
