   The NPMA offers a similar service.

   Keep in mind that while you do want to use a licensed firm, most PCOs people complain about are licensed. That's because you can get licensed to do pest control without having much knowledge of actual bed bug behavior.

   Again, I am not telling you not to choose a licensed pest management professional. I am suggesting that there may be firms which are licensed or part of a national organization like NPMA in the US or CPMA in Canada who are not the best choice for bed bugs. Those who are the best choice are probably members of the same organization.
