    OMG, thank you so much!! What are the signs you look for with BBs. Because this bug looks SO similar to the BBs I've seen on Google. And what kind of bug do you think this could be?

    Our FAQ with photos of bed bugs and their signs will help. You'll see this bug is quite different in color and shape.

    I can't tell you what it is -- I am not an expert, but I know enough to know it is not a bed bug.

    Sometimes I feel like grain beetle live their lives pretending to be bad ass bedbugs--always terrified someone will blow their spot up.

    No, it's not.
    It's simply a weevil, but not a grain one.
    Its presence near the bed has to be considered totally accidental.

    Yes, agree with EffeCi, Img2139 is not a grain weevil, but is a weevil (family Curculionidae).
