HELP! - are these BB bites?

   I had them in my old apartment, got treated and then moved apts. I have all new furniture, and even had a dog inspect to confirm (pest control company said that I didn't have them)

   But I get these red marks here and there, and then they go away in about 1 1/2 days (they don't itch either)
