My friend is paranoid that he has bedbugs, but we're not sure. Any help with these little boys?

I'm not an expert. I had bed bugs twice. Nothing in these pictures looks bed bug related to me.

Also not an expert, but someone who has lived through this hell. Still trying to get back to normal (and hoping every day that we don't find any signs). I know sometimes it helps to hear from even non-experts when you're waiting for the real experts to chime in. I'm with bugged-cdn, and they don't look BB related.

Hope you get an expert confirmation soon.

I've been having similar things on my couch.
I use my camera to look at closeups of EVERYTHING now.
It's annoying I am so paranoid.
They look like pieces of fluff.
I am not an expert either.

Does your friend have any bites?
Suggest a passive monitor, nice peace of mind (I only have interceptors).

    I am NOT an expert.
My opinions are just opinions, they may NOT apply to yours or any situation.
My advice is to always do a LOT of research.
A lot of what I read contradicts other stuff on the Interweb.

"Friend" here! First I just wanted to thank everyone for their input. It certainly eases my mind a bit.

    In regards to bites,
that's all I have; assuming it's a bite. (Sorry I'm just not sure.)

I recently bought all new bedding and pillows, washed them, and hoped it would just solve the issue but unfortunately that wasn't the case.

This was stuck to my pillow and left that yellow-y residue behind.
I never see these things moving, and never find them while in I'm bed.

Thanks again for all the help.

Do you have any pets that could be bringing in/spreading bugs and other things on your bed, or do you have your bed or blankets under a window where insects could be coming in? I don't know if the pics are BBs or not, I agree with thirdusername about the monitors and maybe interceptors.

I moved my bed and bedding away from the window, because I thought that could've been why as well. As for pets, yes we do. We have 3 dogs and 2 cats. One of the cats does sleep with me.
