Hello! I had bed bugs in a different apartment about a year ago and got rid of them in 2 months. I moved to another apartment about 4 months later, and as of 4 days ago discovered bed bugs in my new mattress.
My landlord has agreed to pay for 3 weeks of treatment, with the exterminator coming once a week. I can be here for the first 2 weeks, but then I had plans to go away for 2 weeks. Should I suck it up and eat the cost of pushing my vacation back a week? Or will it work even better if they have nothing to feed on for 2 weeks? I thought about having a friend let them in for a treatment while I'm away, but I don't want to risk exposing them to bed bugs. Any thoughts? Thank you, your help is appreciated!
