    Hello folks,

I am still in the process of determining if I have a problem. I have not seen anything (despite constantly looking) and neither has two PCO's. I do not have any confirmed bites either. Despite this, I have purchased mattress and box spring encasements for the beds (guest room and master bedroom). The reason for this is the fact that I had a guest stay over two weeks ago who has a confirmed, advanced problem ( I, of course, did not know this at the time).

I want to put the encasements on today, but am not sure what I should do prior to this. I have an enzyme cleaner (Kleen Green) and a dust that is safe to put on beds (Eco PCO D-X Dust). The plan was to inspect, vacuum, Kleen, dry, dust, then bag. Is this enough? I do not have a dedicated steamer, but was considering using my clothes iron's steam function on the mattress seams. Will this work?

At the same time I want to treat the wooden bed frame. I do not plan to take it apart (yet). I will just closely inspect, vacuum, Kleen, dry and dust the crevices. Should I find any evidence of bugs I will contact a PCO. Please let me know if I am on the right track. Thanks.
