    We had a virtual carpet of DE in this apartment for three weeks and the bugs had to be sitting in the walls just laughing their bug asses off. It didn't work for us.

    AFAIK, the DE needs to be spread thin or the BBs avoid it. One poster here wrote that it should look like someone hasn't dusted for a few weeks, no more.
